AutoCAD and Renderings
We begin with your image or drawing and some basic stone and metal information and within 2 to 3 days, we will send you a rendering of your design along with pricing for your approval.
Manufacturing Process
Casting, metal and wax settings, metal treatments and textures, durable precious pink and yellow plating. Assembly and components in two and multiple tones.
Precious Materials all sourced in the U.S.A
We work with 10k, 14k, and 18k gold and platium. We use all types of precious and semi-precious stones including Lab-Created and repurposed natural gemstones.
Sustainability
We use only 100% recycled gold refined in the USA. We also use repurposed and Lab-Created diamonds and gemstones to ensure conflict-free and sustainability.

How should I begin?
Just register, and we will get in contact with you to arrange a brief online meeting. In a few days, we will approve your business account. Set up fast and begin trading right away.
How should I submit an order?
We will email you the cad drawings after you upload your sketch, picture, or URL. Next, you can select the design’s engraving, metal, stone, and ring size. Checkout and add it to your cart. Uploading your own CAD files is another option.
How is design confidentiality ensured?
Unless you request otherwise, all of your designs are private and unique. We safeguard the intellectual property you own. If the design is generic or you own the intellectual property, please make sure not to upload it.
What is the bare minimum you require?
Every design is customizable, with orders starting at just one piece. Order on a daily or weekly basis as you make sales. We produce polished mounts all the way up to complete sets of exquisite jewelry.
How much time does it take?
The majority of shipments take 15 to 21 days, arriving at your store in 3–4 weeks. If needed, hallmarking (USA) is included in the shipping time. You can get in touch with our customer support team or check the status of your daily order online.
How do I oversee transportation?
You will be able to track your package through our online tracking portal. We will also email your tracking number for your own online tracking through the shipping company’s portal.
How do I pay?
Story Jewelry Mfg accepts several forms of online payments including Paypal, Zelle, and Venmo. You can also use your credit card securely online. If you prefer to pay via ACH or Wire transfer, we will provide you with our banking information via a secure portal.
After placing my order, is it possible for me to change or cancel it?
Kindly get in touch with our client support staff. Although we’ll try our best to comply, once an order has moved forward, it might not be able to be changed.
